HUNDRED YEARS MELTED IN A GLASS
"The mad and the drunks are the last saints on earth."
Charles Bukowski
To celebrate the hundredth anniversary of the birth of Charles Bukowski , an evening of poems and anecdotes about his life, to discover the man and the poet who lives behind the stories of endless drunks , underground adventures and behind the raw and violent events narrated in the his writings.
Bukowski marked the twentieth century with his vivid realism, traveling with his crazy characters between provocations and non-conformities .
A tribute to his work to overcome the prevailing pessimism of his lyrics, capturing the comic side of a senseless and very hard life, but which, after all, is worth living.
