I TELL ME EGO SUM … and I tell it a little bit.
“Where everything is fake and nothing is fake” the language of the theater opens us to emotions, frees the imagination and expressiveness.
MI TALE ERGO SUM is an experimental path that wants to play on the possibility of listening to and telling us despite the digital filter.
And what a screen it is!
We will discover that we have many options available that are not exactly found on the keyboard but in the click of our imagination, in the pleasure of telling us about it and in the possibility of saving everything in the self-irony folder.

DANCES OF SOUTH ITALY

Folk dances are an expression of the history and culture of a people.
Studying and dancing the choreutic forms of the popular tradition fulfills a double task: it allows us to enter into communication with our body in relation to space, time, music (or silence); and at the same time it carries out a historical-social function, giving us back our past and our history.
The workshop will cover the study of the tarantella of Southern Italy, macro-genre within which different styles and dances of the various southern regions fall (pizzica pizzica, tammurriate, sonu a ballu, tarantella del pollino, tarantella del gargano ...).
Of each tarantella, after a brief historical and geographical contextualization, the basic steps, the relational dynamics, the similarities / differences with the other tarantellas, any variations and contaminations over time, the relationship with music will be analyzed.
In addition to the work on the steps, it will be essential to work on the body, in order to acquire a greater awareness of oneself and of one's inner rhythm, so as to be able to express oneself in the most authentic and natural way possible in folk dances as in everyday life.
The dances will be accompanied by both recorded music and live music.

MANGA DRAWING WORKSHOP

The workshop offers the first tools for making Manga: drawing a face, creating the expression of the face, marking the difference between man and woman, designing the clothes and the various ages of a person.

It aims to build the ability to feel one's individuality, one's critical autonomy, the inner strength that will be sought to keep us balanced individuals. Deepen the awareness that we also have weakness and the attitude of greed and stupidity in us, but at the same time also have the ability to discern and understand how to counteract negative forces. All this can be done through a stage, telling the story of the soldier or the stories lived.

TAIJI AND QI GONG
Yang style taijiquan and qi gong course
QiGong is an ancient practice with more than 4000 years of history, whose principles represent the basis of the entire Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its goal is to preserve or restore health, increase longevity, balance emotions, dissolve emotional and body tensions, all in fusion with Nature.
Taiji is a martial art that derives from QiGong. Born as a self-defense system, it is deeply linked to philosophical and moral concepts and is completed in a kind of dance called Forma. What is taught is the Traditional Form 108 Yang style, which is divided into three parts.
During the course we will study and practice simple and effective QiGong techniques to be applied to daily life, movements of the Medical QiGong to heal the internal organs, the basic Martial Applications for the construction of the Form.
It will be a moment dedicated to oneself, to the well-being of the body and mind.
