La Risonanza ensemble

La Risonanza is one of the most internationally successful Italian orchestras on original instruments.

Among the most ambitious record projects there is the complete Italian cantatas with Handel instruments, for which the line-up has received various awards and numerous mentions and nominations. The monthly Gramophone defined the recording as «the best Handelian recording project of the decade».

To this first integral is now added a new integral: that of the orchestral works of Johann Sebastian Bach , according to a multi-year project inaugurated in 2017.

Regularly invited to perform at some of the most important concert seasons and festivals in Italy and abroad, La Risonanza is also in artistic residency at the Saint-Michel en Thiérache Festival.

Since 2016 it has been organizing its own season " La Risonanza per Milano ", the only Milanese billboard entirely dedicated to the Baroque repertoire, which is divided between the Liberty Dario Fo and Franca Rame Palazzina and the Leonardo Da Vinci National Science and Technology Museum as main venues.
