Weill’s music is characterized by a style that blends elements of jazz, cabaret, and classical music, reflecting the satirical and popular nature of the work. In the first part of the evening, there will be two solo performances: Anastasia Fioravanti on piano, performing music by Dmitri Shostakovich, and Andrea Coruzzi on accordion, performing music by Latin American composers as well as his own original compositions. At the end of each concert, guests will enjoy tastings of fresh summer delicacies offered by Fabbri 1905 and Regina di Quadri . BOLOGNAPORTICIFESTIVAL.IT PROGRAMMA 15 GIUGNO ore 20.30 | Teatro del Baraccano SUGGESTIONI DALL'AIDA Proiezione e inaugurazione della mostra delle opere grafiche e delle riflessioni ispirate all’AIDA, nell’interpretazione dell’Orchestra del Baraccano, create dai partecipanti del laboratorio artistico. Il progetto ha messo in relazione un’opera “grande” con il mondo di oggi, svelandone i significati, la complessità della struttura, la storia, le relazioni con l’archeologia e dimostrando così anche l’universalità e la trasmissibilità dei valori artistici contenuti in un capolavoro come quello verdiano. 16 GIUGNO ore 20.30 | Certosa di Bologna - Chiostro VI UN' Altra A IDA. Ri/Cre/Azione dell’opera di Verdi attraverso la lente del dialogo interculturale e della virtuosa commistione tra musica colta e di tradizione , con la consapevolezza che mescolare generi e culture crea bellezza! … e se Aida e Radames fossero di Salerno? …E se le convenzioni sociali che frenano il loro amore fossero espresse da un canto siciliano di Rosa Balistreri? …E se l'invocazione alla Pace di Aida fosse una preghiera Caucasica? Ri-leggiamo e facciamo ri-vivere questo capolavoro - che parla tanto anche al nostro complesso presente - facendo coesistere le note verdiane con brani di tradizione orale italiani e non, magari modificando il finale con una meravigliosa utopia: non più la morte di entrambi ma soluzione del conflitto che li fagocita. Un’ Altra AIDA è un racconto - concerto per dare voce alle tante Aida di tutti i tempi e di tutte le aree geografiche. L’intreccio dell’opera è universale, archetipico: donna, schiava e straniera incarna tutte le donne che nei secoli si sono sentite straniere, non viste. L’approccio musicale vuole restituire voce alle tante Aida dimenticate, attraverso un’apparentemente ardita contrapposizione tra le note di Verdi - appena accennate - ed i canti di tradizione orale al femminile, più in primo piano. Un percorso laboratoriale-performativo che vuole mettere assieme culture, suoni, età differenti e proprio in questo sforzo trova il suo momento di maggiore attualità. Le Musiche , come linguaggio universale, creano Pace ed Armonia.
